I wanted to provide a testimonial as to my experience working with Val and Gary Hansra, and AAA Realty. I have known Val and Gary for over 10 years, having initially used Gary's services as a mortgage loan broker when I refinanced my home in 2004. I was impressed with Gary's honesty and up front explanation of the refinance options and costs. I was able to select from multiple options, with all the cost tradeoffs fully disclosed, and pick the one that best suited my needs. 1 was sufficiently impressed that when I decided to sell that home, I again contacted Gary, and contracted with Val and AAA Realty as the listing agent, as well as my buyer's agent on the new home search. For the new home I once again relied on Gary's expertise to secure financing. Having Val's experience on the realty side, coupled with Gary's experience with securing mortgage financing made the overall process very efficient. Basically, a one stop shopping experience. I could not have been happier with how that sale and purchase turned out.
Just this last fall, when I was transferred out of state, I again contacted Val and Gary. They were very helpful in explaining my options, since in this case it would be a short sale. They were both supportive and patient, as I weighed the alternatives, eventually deciding to move ahead with the short sale. Short sales are a somewhat complex transaction and having someone on my team who had been through the process was critical. I had since moved out of state, and they literally handled everything, from listing and showing, to minor maintenance and property cleanup. We found a buyer and received a fair price in a relatively short amount of time. Val represented me and was the main point of contact with the mortgage lenders during the short sale review process and handled everything.
I would have absolutely no reservations in recommending Val and Gary Hansra and AAA Realty to anyone in the market to buy or sell or both. In all my dealings with them I have always been given good and honest advice and offered options. I never felt I was pushed or steered into any transaction I was not fully comfortable with.
